Our Mission

Future Ticketing Ltd was created to change the way sports organisations approach ticketing. We built our product from a deep understanding of the needs of event organisers and ticket purchasers and our driving philosophy has always been to create the closest possible bond between the ticket purchaser and the sports organisation. Our mission statement is:

Who we are

Future Ticketing Ltd is a supplier of ticketing services, capacity management, data management and access control systems to the sports and events market. Since launching in 2014, Future Ticketing has grown exponentially and currently manages systems for 300 Irish and UK clients selling tickets in over 150 countries worldwide. 

Based in Tullamore, Co Offaly with an office in Gloucestershire, soon to be replaced by a larger office in Manchester, Future Ticketing currently employs a highly professional team of 14 full-time and 18 part-time ticketing experts. 

Future Ticketing was founded by Irish entrepreneurs Liam Holton and Mark Cotter and is supported by Irish investment from Enterprise Ireland and TDL Media. The Future Ticketing board is chaired by experienced leader Shaun Quinn and includes one of Ireland’s leading sports business leaders Michael O’ Rourke and Patrick Hand FCA.

Who we work with

Many 100’s of sports organisations, attractions and events have chosen and continue to choose Future Ticketing Ltd as their ticketing system partners across Ireland and the UK. Future Ticketing was bred from racing and the Future Ticketing system has very quickly been adopted by all of Ireland’s major commercial racecourses including Galway, the Curragh, Punchestown, Listowel, Limerick and Gowran Park. Future Ticketing Ltd has also been chosen by numerous independent racecourses in the UK including Beverley, Newton Abbot and Ripon.

Future Ticketing Ltd has also built a very strong reputation in Football, starting with one club three years ago which has expanded across the island of Ireland and into the UK. Future Ticketing is currently used by the top eight clubs in the League of Ireland, currently 6 clubs in Northern Ireland,  two Scottish Premiership clubs and the top clubs in the Scottish Championship and English Conference. The Future Ticketing system has been used for Champions League, Europa League, Scottish Premiership matches, prestige friendlies and for games involving Chelsea, Glasgow Celtic and Rangers, Newcastle, Burnley and Quarabag FC. 

Future Ticketing Ltd is also active with sports clubs across all categories of sports including being the market leader in ticketing for Ice Hockey in the UK & Scotland and work with several Rugby Clubs including Connacht Rugby, Coventry, Jersey Reds and Swinton Lions. 

Our modular easy to use cloud based GDPR friendly system has also become the system of choice for centrally managed Irish sports organisations including Hockey Ireland, Cricket Ireland, Gymnastics Ireland, Basketball Ireland, Swim Ireland and The Federation of Irish Sport. The ability to effectively manage large volumes on outdoor sites with limited infrastructure has helped Future Ticketing become the leading Irish provider to major outdoor shows including the National Ploughing Championships, Balmoral Show, the Tullamore Show and multiple shows in the UK. 

In addition to this, numerous attractions, organisations and venues have also chosen Future Ticketing Ltd as their ticketing management system partner and benefited from our exceptional product and service. These include The National Aquatic Centre, Irish Museum of Modern Art, Virgin Media, Dunbrody Famine Ship, Birr Castle, The Museum of Style Icons, Skerries Mills and AVEA.

What we do

Future Ticketing provides a full end-to-end ticketing and venue management service in the form of our user-friendly, high performance, cloud-based digital box office, multi-channel tickets sales, EPOS, capacity management and robust access control system that has modernised and transformed traditional ticketing processes. 

Our modular architecture enables us to customise and brand solutions to individual clients, while our cloud-based infrastructure delivers security, GDPR compliance, capacity and scale. Future Ticketing’s success to date lies in its highly flexible, agile and adaptable product offering that gives clients the additional benefits of easy installation, branded promotion, and best practice on GDPR compliant client ownership of generated data. 

Future Ticketing’s class leading open API allows the system to integrate with partner EPOS, payment processing, access control, loyalty programme, data analytics and sale channel system to provide a fully integrated single view of the customer solutions to our clients.
